1. Fill out and send the Application form, along with a $300.00 deposit, to: Singing Tree Labradoodles, LLC, PO Box 6046, China Village, Me. 04926-0046. You can download the form and fill it out out electronically. E-mail it to Tomb707@aol.com. We'll still need the deposit unless other agreements have been made.
2. You will be notified if/when your application has been accepted.
3. The remainder of the purchase price, check or postal money order, must be received by us at least one week before the puppy is shipped or delivered.
4. When the puppies are approximately six weeks old we will choose the one that we feel most fits your needs, and determine how he/she will be delivered.
5. You will receive a copy of the Sales Contract and Health Guarantee, which must be signed and returned, before the puppy is delivered.
6. When your puppy is physically and emotionally ready to go to his/her new home (between eight and ten weeks old), we will contact you concerning final delivery.
